Colombia has a great diversity of climates that vary from one region to another, usually enjoying warm temperatures year-round. Because it’s so close to the equator, Colombia has an equatorial climate with two well-marked seasons: from June to October summer or dry season and a wet season from November to May. However, the duration of these two seasons varies depending on the region and the altitude. Colombian climate also has transition months between the two main seasons.
